We started this site as a place for citizens who are interested in the controversy regarding soy additives to gather and find ways to influence the  corporate food system to stop adding processed soy in their products. 

• We are NOT against soy as a whole food, such as tofu and edamame.
• We are NOT against veganism or vegetarianism of any form.  
• We are NOT funded by anyone (not the dairy industry or the meat industry.)

• We ARE worried about who is funding the enormous presence of processed soy additives in food sold in the U.S., and how certain corporations are benefiting from government subsidies of soy. 
• We DO want everyone to make mindful choices when it comes to food. 
• We DO support whole food diets - vegetables, fruits, grains, and beans - as the staple of any diet. 
• We DO believe in balance and moderation.  
• We DO like to eat cookies, every once in a while.   

                                                              We also prefer that they be soy-free. 

We believe in the power of complaint letters and organized boycotts; however, we also believe in the power of positive reinforcement.  We ask that for every complaint letter you write, please write or tweet two more notes to companies that are already displaying good, soy-free behaviors!
